Ambassador Alarms was established in 1991. At that time Ambassador Alarms took over the Fire/Burglar alarm installations, repairs and inspections of all Sears owned facilities in Dade/Monroe counties, Florida. In 1995 we expanded our operations to take care of Sears owned facilities in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Lee counties, Florida. They also requested that we take over the repairs of there CCTV systems as well. Throughout the years we found out that we could be a big help to large retailers that had National contracts and just needed a second opinion.

We recommend that you do not use the same contractor that does your inspections and repairs. This can create a conflict of interest. Let us view your inspection reports from your national contractor and see if everything that you are being written up for is truly a violation. It might just be a recommendation. Remember, your fire alarm was installed and approved by the city in which you reside in. So it is unlikely that there should be an upgrade to your system that will create a financial hardship on you.

Throughout the years we found out that some large alarm contractors pay thier employees commission on whatever they sell. This is more trouble for you the consumer.
